If Jermaine Jones celebrated Thanksgiving, he certainly didn’t let any kind of turkey-related hangover slow him down. The Schalke man went the full 90 in his team’s 3-0 domination of Stuttgart on Saturday, with the American capping the scoring with this well-taken goal off the volley from outside of the box (video after the jump):

The goal is Jones’ first of the season for Schalke, who now sit in fifth place in the Bundesliga with 24 points, one behind Borussia Monchengladbach. Next up for Jones: A game against fellow German/American national teamer Fabian Johnson, as Schalke takes on Hoffenheim in the German Cup on Tuesday.
